Parts protection

Warranty Policy

Straightforward guidance on coverage, proper installation, and what to do if your part needs attention.

Last updated July 27, 2026

01

Standard coverage

Unless your invoice states otherwise, eligible used parts include a limited replacement warranty beginning on the delivery date. The exact coverage period and any part-specific conditions are shown on your order confirmation or invoice.

The warranty covers the purchased component against covered defects during normal use. It does not guarantee that every attached accessory or wear item is included.

02

Before installation

  • Confirm the delivered part number, configuration, and application before installation.
  • Use a qualified automotive repair facility and retain the installation invoice.
  • Replace required fluids, filters, seals, gaskets, belts, and other maintenance items.
  • Do not dismantle, modify, or install a visibly damaged or mismatched component.
03

What is not covered

Coverage does not include labor, towing, storage, rental vehicles, lost income, diagnostic charges, shipping after an approved delivery, or other incidental or consequential costs unless expressly stated in writing.

  • Damage caused by overheating, low fluids, improper installation, misuse, racing, collision, or neglect
  • Normal wear items and service components
  • Unauthorized repair, disassembly, alteration, or return
  • Parts installed in an application different from the confirmed vehicle
04

Starting a claim

Stop using the vehicle if continued operation may cause additional damage. Contact our support team before removing, repairing, returning, or disposing of the part. Provide your order number, vehicle details, installer invoice, diagnostic findings, photos, and any requested codes or documentation.

05

Review and resolution

After reviewing the claim, we may request additional testing or authorize a return. Valid claims are resolved according to the coverage shown on the invoice, typically through replacement, store credit, or refund of the covered part price. Any return must use the authorization and instructions provided by our team.
