Our core values

01
Clear communication, realistic availability, and part details you can use to make an informed purchase.

02
Vehicle and part information is reviewed before fulfillment to reduce avoidable mismatches.

03
Every request has an owner, every concern has a support path, and feedback is tracked through resolution.

04
We start with the customer’s vehicle, need, timeline, and expectations—not simply the part on the shelf.
Genuine sourcing technique
Our sourcing process is designed to make fitment, condition, supplier information, and customer expectations visible before a part moves toward dispatch.
We collect the year, make, model, VIN, part name, location, and relevant identifiers.
We search a nationwide network and prioritize established dismantlers and recyclers with traceable inventory.
Interchange information, part numbers, configuration, and vehicle details are compared before confirmation.
Available condition details, images, identifiers, and included components are reviewed against the order.
The selected part is documented, prepared for shipment, and paired with order and support information.
QA / QC
Our quality assurance defines how work should be performed; our quality control checks available evidence against those requirements. The review may include part identity, configuration, visible condition, included components, supplier notes, and customer-specific fitment information.
Customer satisfaction
Our satisfaction survey and support workflow capture feedback after service and delivery. Responses are categorized, assigned, reviewed for root causes, and used to improve sourcing, communication, packaging, and support.
Quality management system
Our QMS direction is informed by ISO 9001:2015 quality-management principles and automotive-sector practices associated with IATF 16949. These frameworks emphasize customer focus, controlled processes, evidence, corrective action, and continual improvement.
Certification is a specific, independently audited status. GQP does not claim third-party ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 certification on this page without a verifiable certificate, scope, issuing body, and validity date.
